There's nothing dangerous about it.
You will suffer every single second of your hellish life.
Life is hell for us who question the system because we aren't NPCs who are part of it.
Work hard because you can't avoid any suffering, make it count. And along the way you get meaning and reprieve.
When I deleted my tooth pain (very temporarily) when I was experiencing an extreme migraine and toothache simultaneously and could delete both using cold water, I felt way better than when actually achieving stuff.
