You know the way you feel is treatable right? You clearly have trauma that has fucked you up but you know like 75% of people also do. The difference between them and you is that they got help, you haven’t even tried. I mean really tried. There’s emdr therapy, complex childhood truama therapy, CBT, DBT, they can even zap your brain to get it working right. Just try it and if that doesn’t work then fine go ahead and kill yourself.
