The sets and reps vary but this week ive been consistent with ~5 sets of 40 throughout the day
Crazy DOMS and crazy improvement considering I don't sweat at 40 anymore even tho I'm fasting for great lent.
RN I feel like I could hit 60 in one go early in the morning.
Isn't life great?
