Does wearing SUNGLASSES reduce SOCIAL ANXIETY for you?

I googled this phenomenon and it seems on socialanxiety forums and on reddit/r/socialanxiety theres A LOT of people who claim wearing SUNGLASSES reduces their SOCIAL ANXIETY. Ive seen similiar claims with face protection masks before aswell

The idea is that when you wear SUNGLASSES then you feel like "people cant see through your emotions" considering since "eyes are the window to your soul". So its like with SUNGLASSES you are hiding your emotions and this reduces social anxiety for some people. Especially people who have the kinda social anxiety where they feel selfconcious about their facial expressions, they get reduced social anxiety from SUNGLASSES

What are your thoughts?

Maybe it could be, although I'm not wholly sure. I've been thinking my anxiety is different from what redditors or specially women typically have. Theirs is based on constant fear of every folk they see while mine seems to be different though. I'd have to investigate it more.

Maybe your D2 receptors have become desensitized . I'm sure doing nofap for 90 days will help you significantly

I love wearing Oakley juliet sunglasses on sunny days. they are super popular here and increase my confidence.

Yeah maybe, although I dunno if I explained myself well. By the way, sorry for my ignorance, but what are "D2 receptors"? Doing nofap although gives benefits it's swith difficult to do tho
