I mean afternoon - evening sleep for a few hours
today I slept from 4 to 7 pm, woke up with huge headache like I've been drinking all day yday

my theory is when u sleep early ur body thinks it's out of its rhythm and dat it shud be awake and active rn, so it stays stiff and never relaxes, so when u wake up the muscles around and on ur head have grinded ur nerves to dust overnight
