u need to healthmaxx like i have been doing, also regular waterfasts.
but most of all don't let urself feel bad cuz ur life didn't become a normie's, it's urs.

i have been water fasting tbh but not really by choice. just no appetite
my health is already fucking wrecked jfl. alcoholism and subhuman rat like living conditions have taken their toll
had 7 drinks tonite which was a fucking mistake though. was feeling okay before that
