Some people cook giant mushrooms like steaks apparently, lion's mane I think

Over here, enoki and shiitake mushrooms are commonly simmered or steamed and served in a herbal soup or with sauce and other main components like meat or tofu respectively

i cook them in a pan till all da water evaporates and they shrink down and become tastier than meat, takes patience tho, like nearly an hour, and salting them as they sizzle down so the entire mushroom's inside is soaked with salt and flavor. then use dat in other recipes or eat on its own cuz its so tasty.
