-starts with the interaction. when approaching a girl, say "let me give you my number" instead of asking for hers. this makes an incentive for her to text you first, therefore thinning the herd of women that actually want you.
-wait 2 days.
-make small conversation. don't talk too much. be mysterious. if there is no mystery, she doesn't want to find out anything about you. you have to bait her. give her something to solve. you can't be pillow-talking telling her all about yourself. you want your messages to be impactful as possible while being as short as possible.
-within the first conversation, set up a date to meet. make sure it's within a couple days so no flaking occurs.
-go places that keep your investment low; beaches, park, museums. little to no money involved
