oxymetazoline and lumify eyedrops
thats a nasal decongestant which can indirectly raise upper eyelids by 1-2mm. Depending on the surrounding skin structure it can reduce upper eyelid exposure,, the lumify just makes ur scleras white, but why not take them as well if u already doing eyedrops tbh

using both should make u look visibly more alert /awake and not tired
