it also feels slimey and yucky in your mouth, and too soft, it was a waste of a good meal sadly

if u get it from normal shop its frozen cus there aint high demand for it so they freeze it til someone wants it

The soup or the tripe though? Because I think other than a slightly murkey taste, tripe doesn't really smell
Maybe prepping the tripe changes it a lot. The last time I made a simple stew, I did rinse it generously because my teacher told me some gross story
