There were like 50 other people in the room doing stuff as well in a classroom setting but they were old highschool classmates or friends I've recently met from university. This was in a large-ish rectangular room and there was this female instructor strutting around the room. I already felt very anxious around her, like bad vibes. Then I went to bed ( within the dream ) and woke up in the same room. This time it was dark but I can see just enough. I saw this figure walking around the room making light noises with each step and it looked eerily similar to the teacher/instructor I was anxious/afraid of. When I woke up, she was at the far end of the room to my North East. We were both basically on the opposite ends of the short side of the rectangle. Then he or she starts strutting around the room in a paced manner. That "thing"'s footsteps got louder as it got closer to me. I pretended to be asleep because I was so scared. It got closer and closer to the point where it was directly behind me. Then it stopped. Next thing you know, it made some light noise ( I can't remember this detail exactly ) and this time, I woke up in real life. I was in my room with this figure staring down at me, directly in my face. I can't remember any details of it's face or anything. I couldn't move or say anything, but after it was gone I shouted "help" before realizing it was over RE: Just had a sleep paralysis for the first time - Iblameher - 30-01-2026 Type shift RE: Just had a sleep paralysis for the first time - mvp2 - 30-01-2026 (30-01-2026, 03:41 AM)Rarity Wrote: In the dream prior, I was doing math, it was like a 2 page worksheet of highschool inverse functions and inequalities.
