how long should my sessions take initially?

i intend to go 2 x per week until i get to know how to use the machines etc, just to get the idea of what you can do there

monday, wednesday, friday - 15-30 min of room bike
tuesday, thursday - gym sessions

the problem with this topic is not that there aren't advice available online, but there is an insane inflation of and retards selling magic regimes, and i have no idea about this shit except a couple of memes

time is a non-factor tbh

just hit sets until u get pretty sore (but not too much) then change muscle group or go home

Between 45mins and 1 hour and 15 minutes, only use machines and do exercises that you somewhat like doing, never listen to people that tell you that a certain exercise is "a must", I would have quit the gym if I had continued doing exercises that I strongly disliked (squats, bench, basically all exercises that include laying on your back).

depends on how many muscles working

i do max like 3 sets per muscle but all to complete failure

you will get from 45 minutes to an hour 15 like ^^ said if you rest 3-5 minutes between sets
