If bacteria keep developing in your mouth, they seep into your blood continuously
I did try Muh Not Brushing of course, what do you think this is, I was hikikomori king. That's how I got so many cavities.
During that time in 1998 I must have developed pneumonia due to not brushing, and to this day I cough differently than normal people
