Anyone dealing with terrible eye-strain? - Iblameher - 15-01-2026

I need to study moar but my materials are all online ( non-negotiable )

I look at the screen and I get this bad feeling where my eyes feel like they wanna pop-out, like lots of pressure in the back. I feel the strain when I shift my eyes to the corners of my available FOV

Any experienced rotters got tips? I do the usual 20/10 rule or whatever and the screentime is really non-negotiable. I have blue-light glasses and the orange filter and everything

Ugh

have you had some sort of upper respiratory sickness recently because that would cause issues in your eustachian tube whose the symptoms are very similar to the ones you are describing

Nah, this has been a chronic thing for a while now

Symptoms directly align with digital eye strain, I suddenly have become very sensitive to it

Shock

I have a terrible issue with clenching my jaw

Could contribute to the headaches and eye pressure for sure
