it doesn't even bother me per se because i have all it takes to land a hot wife (looks, money, status) and i m not exactly obsessed with le women thanks to my gigaIQ, but what exactly should i do when the topic of past relationships/experience pops up?
i cant even bother larping about it because it would mean the relationship is based on lies already

I dont believe you are virgin, but if you are and need to lie about it, you can tell the girl that you lived abroad and had relationships there sporadically. That way u can do fake outs and she cant say shit.

It's better to admit be virgin than to lie about it because the latter is infinitely more cringe. It's not just getting caught in web of lies, I'd feel so bad with myself knowing that I have to lie about this.
But yes I always change topic like josh says e.g. one colleague asked "Do you date someone" and I'm like "No I'm very focused on X Y Z these days, yes it's unbelievably time consuming" etc
