try to channel the depression into poetry, painting etc. find a hobby and work on that as your therapy
creating in general, doesn't matter how talentless you are or how bad it's gonna turn out, at least you've built your own island on this world. if you can't project your soul into the physical space it will only rot your body and mind.

depression is caused by a lack of meaning, lack of faith, lack of belonging, lack of love, and the feelings of existential displacement because of this etc
if the (((therapists))) prescribed opiates in low doses instead of mind numbing ssri's depression wouldn't exist
