today i had an excruciating back pain that makes u strongly consider seppuku (its worse than u can imagine, it feels like being tortured in guantanao , no joke)
my plan is to get rich and when im rich train my back and somehow fix it
i dont think training my back before getting rich will help cuz i dont have money for protein , so i think without protein its not worth it to train my back , yes i cannot even affortd proper food, such is the son of bitch system we live in
