I saw the guy I saw on the street with a broken arm, he helped me by showing me what happens when you only eat the green sticks out of a bowl I previously was interacting with in the dream. After I ate 11, 5 of them fork-fed to me by him, I experienced a high from believing everything is my fault, literally everything. I was somewhat losing my mind and going into the storage room. I saw the same guy today on the street and he had the same smile he had in the dream and he was with another guy.
