Sleep is confusing - Mr Looks - 29-10-2025

I feel just fine when I sleep 6 hours but I feel lazy and have headache everytime I sleep 9 hours?

i hate this ngl, i hate waking up with an alarm but if i dont have one i end up sleeping for 10 hours, i feel the best when i sleep around 7 but this is only possible with an alarm

hours dont mean much by themselves. sleeping at a consistent time that aligns with sunset/rise is much more important

Usually I sleep at 1.30 to 2.30 and wake up at 8
