… is that there’s no such thing that I will ever really stumble upon. I’m not capable of finding anything that really matters and at best I’ll just have grifter after new age weirdo after aspiring cult leader continuing to throw their “revelations” at me. I’ll just live a boring bitter life that doesn’t have a single redeeming quality beyond allowing me the occasional opportunity to ignore it completely while I jack off or watch youtube videos.

the problem here, if you are honest that u want to discover smth, is precisely that ure not doing ur quest, ure not playing the game, ure like every other zombie staring down the digital scrying mirror, being cucked by the thoughts and worldview of the others, those who you are never going to be in contact with, those who are not your family, those who are not God. ure being deprived of reality for smth illusory, and that it appears only 'realistic' to you because we as humans can easily conflate the image with the body (the actual, tangible)
