It's not a chicken-and-egg situation. Having a girlfriend isn't going to fix your problem and make you happy. You're not insecure because you're unsuccessful with women. You're unsuccessful with women because you're telegraphing that you're the sort of guy who posts on reddit all the time asking what surgeries he needs to fix himself.
The real solution is for you to make yourself into the person YOU want to be. Not someone that ladies like to look at. YOU. What YOU want. I'm guessing that you don't have any idea what that is, and that is the problem. Until you are willing to face this, and fix it, you're not going to attract anyone.

Work on becoming a better person to spend time with. Also you’re so young, and these things take time. Stop whining; it’s 1000x more unattractive than any physical feature.
