don't even know why i started keeping track
to keep myself aware of the process, which was supposed to deter me from it, I guess
this is much more practical than bothering with benzos/hypnotics prescriptions (and these stop doing anything to your mood after a couple of months anyway)

i feel like being tipsy adds 5 points to my iq, though
much easier to write and formulate arguments without their quality suffering

it's 12% alcohol, i haven't even gotten drunk once in this period
just lifts me up in the evenings and exacerbates my delusions of grandeur
