Vegans atleast sometimes come in with certain facts and data ( questionable though they may be) , while every pacifist argument is literally some variant of war costing lives and inducing suffering, but their alternative to that is what exactly? Reenact the free love moment in the 60s, spike the water supply with anti- androgens? Heavily dissuade war aggressor policies/base expansion but don't take into account power dynamics are baked into contractual obligations themselves? I
f Hamas had caused more damage in October(?) then Palestine would never get any sympathy apart from the Arab world. Present day public sentiment simply relies on big dog- small dog polsci , and it's considered good manners to side with the small dog. i think the word itself is beta af as war understood as an inexorable supra-systemic necessity in nation states ought to be obvious by now
Obviously I'm not talking about diplomacy but unpreventable war manifesting from border tensions , security threats , national idealist projects etc

war is heir to cainitic founding of the first city, its a prerequisite for technology, the thing is that at one point, the peak of war becomes peace. that is to reoccur, until to the point where that that is a weapon or has been weaponized is mightier than the last mighty weapon, this causes momentary peace. nukes caused a few issues, being an apex that is in ownership of many countries, and now with widespread technological devices everything became a territory for war... including humans (OSINT) - this is almost complete stillness and those pacifist movements are merely synthesis of something obvious

yes, forced immigration is a form of waging war tbh, the way they are presented in the west is as the necessary 'alien.' we can draw parallels to scale with bioweapons, vaccines and so on. those are foreign things to the body... immigrants are foreign to the host countries (bodies)

war isnt some abstract concept its a tool used by nations to protect their interests. pacifists act like we can just love our way out of conflicts, but that's not how the world works. they need to be destroyed so they can taste what its like tbh
