my biggest regret is not seeing the genetic peak of my physique when i was young. the things i could have done.
i'm 56 and am only now able to bench 225lb+

In 2016 I joined the university gym but I think I ended up going 2 or 3 times only because it was full of loud obnoxious guys in tanktops and slutty foids wearing yoga pants that made me feel intimidated. Also I really wasn't having it with the NTs occupying all the good workout machines.
