i don't really "believe" in ADHD and a lot of related disorders but i do seem to have some serious issues
my attention span and motivation span is really bad for things that I'm not intensely interested in
effectively, in short, I'm a little bitch and can't do anything except for what I want to do
i dont wanna do my job at work, so i dont
i dont wanna work out, so i dont
i kind of want to fix myself so that i can find the motivation for these things, but clearly i dont want it badly enough otherwise i wouldve done it
im diagnosing myself with being a lazy bitch, but how can i fix it?
is it just something inherent in my brain?
how can I make myself want to change if i don't already want to change?
it seems entirely paradoxical.....  Ugh Ugh Huh Huh
