I've seen how the Russians do it in the Ukraine
you use the element of surprise, and you use any tool at your disposal to quickly and brutally overwhelm your enemy.
you don't even give them the time to react. that's how you do it.

i run blitzkrieg against my enemies
i outspeed them on every level, i know their reactions in advance i have a counter for that
