if u talking cbt, its basically stoicism+dash of operant (not classical but idk can be i guess)conditioning
if freud(barely used anymore) its basically manosphere pills and cope is defense mechanisms. instead of berries million years ago u fuck ur whore of mother as kid as ,,reasoning''. originally plato, freud copied it and added defense mechanisms(gotta give credit where its due)
