u just get unlimited access to the full gpt5 model. its the same one u get when u use chatgpt every day until it switches u over with that short warning
i think u also get to upload more images and stuff to it if u dont like u copy in text, u can just send it screenshots. but u can already do this tbh just not unlimited every day
