Only if he reports it in the first place, also those places won't give a shit as long as you do what you are told to do, the problem is to actually be able to do that dreadful job without killing yourself from being so tired.

On a second thought, you need to be able to read blueprint and build it with little to no mistake tbh. It's not that EZ of a job

I might start spam applying with made up cv. I know it doesn't really matter for min wage unskilled jobs, but maybe if I put something like prior shelf stacking experience they would be more inclined

I used to be able to do laboring and shit but can't really with lung issues anymore

You need to know how to read blueprints if you are the "manager" of the whole project or that group within the project, construction workers that read those are educated and their salary is considerably higher than the rest of the crew, they pretty much navigate construction workers and tell them what to do. Have you ever talked with a construction worker before? Those people are the lowest of the low, no other physical job has that many low iq people in one place, I doubt many of them can even read.

Where I live they give blueprints to shitskin immigrant and say get the job done
I saw them fail to line up pillars or build while reading blueprint upside down.
They then double down by covering up mistakes in stupid ways
