If you just want to "slay" then buy a escort, if you are not fulfilled by that and want a gf or family then find someone not superficial (mission impossible).

A lot of the copes for people that don't want to use escorts are just excuses to not do the work. You want to have sex right? How will you ever do this if you look like shit, question mark bro. "Oh because it doesn't feel genuine and Its just a transaction." Brother no amount of sex you have will be genuine if you don't have the face card.

In a lot of cases you will have a better sexual life then 6/10s who worry if they will be able to get a 4/10 from the club to fuck that night. And it causes you to make more money to sustain this habit if you are a sexual freak. Also its less cucked and cheaper then buying a girl a lot of things and going on multiple dates.
 
E.R's argument against why he wouldn't use a escort in his journal is basically "It would just be part of their job and its pity." This is because E.R was a delusional cutecel who thought he was 1 in 1 million. Who never tried to approach women (most likely because he had the same thing happen to him that happened to me.)
