If some dude had a budget of $1,000,000 to buy an ordinary house, he would be able to do it easy.
Because in case the seller refuses $400,000 he can always offer $500,000 and the deal's achieved.
But imagine if he somehow had NO CLUE what the seller is even after! (money)
Then he would be stuck. "He refused 400k, so that must mean I didn't hold frame. I need ice plunges."
All these wrong theories arise because you didn't understand what the other side wants.
So the real answer of what girls want, is a Partner (a cringe word they use for boyfriend).
Why are partners in low supply? Because demographics says there is 1 man for 1 woman.

First I explain how smooth transactions are if he knows.
But then I show that transactions become Confusing if he doesn't know.
