Give me ways to solve? Just caffeine or do I take something, I usually take magnesium creatine and tianeptine before playing. Do I need to add anything, maybe a power nap will do

Kinda yeah but harder to believe a sugar cube is doing anything comp. to something touted as something else. Pharma meds are used in double blind controls to ascertain their effectiveness, so they actually end up outperforming placebo stastically. It's only then they're released. Once you know the mechanisms , you know which ones work and which ones have thrash pharmacology
