Scam, that is 100% not a house cat, it's an aggressive alpha male controlling a cat territory (you can tell by the shredded ears from cat fights) and it is old because if you notice it walks with arthritis. Neutering those males solves many problems, since they get the females pregnant and then kill the kittens or jump in front of cars causing accidents. Turkey is almost as bad with cats as uncivilized China who has zero animal protection laws.

interesting what you said about the ears, I noticed a large aggressive cat that always has flat ears, I thought it was its breed but maybe its because they are shredded from fighting

And usually the doctors in the animal hospital dont bother to stitch them, they just give an antiobiotic shot to prevent infection and the ears heal in weird shapes.
