I had 2 huge dopamine rushes this year, the rest of the year has been hell all the way through.
The first one was getting to the part of ER's journal (in a video) where he goes directly from his general bragging about an amazing restaurant to the part where he is getting beaten up.
The second one was making a dude pay me 300 gold for a healing-boost item in WoW.
