every human is always in certain phases like the moon.
the key is knowing what phase ur currently in and behaving correspondingly/optimally according to the phase

Legit, but it’s very hard to know when you have entered a new phase, at least in my experience. But maybe if you really focus on recognising phases, then you will become better at manipulating phases.
I feel like I’ve entered new phase today.

I realised that I was wrong and edited it. But I’ve found that phases are sometimes hard to identify until they have ended, and you look back
