just get the fuck away from soberdom. if you can't get street drugs stick with marijuana(lol if marijuana is illegal where you live) if you can't get that get pharmacy drugs, if you can't get that just be an alcoholic, if you don't have official drinking alcohol alcohol use mouthwash, if you don't have mouth wash get high on gas. just do whatever you have to.
