I started considering myself immortal in January 2000.
But a lot of these thoughts don't take into account the singularity
There was no way for me to predict in 2000 that there would be YouTube for example
Even forums I first started seeing only in 2001

Basically the rings I bought a generation ago still work, so the price divided by the number of years is Vanishingly small
