Today is my 7th day on nofap. Thing with alcohol is its too toxic n damaging for looks. But I have ordered dopaminergic medications though, hope they arrive.

you're not supposed to drink everyday, just when you are going to meet a girl, drink 3 beers or so and it will go well.

the more you meet girls, the easier it gets, i can even meet girls now without alcohol.

if a girl already likes your looks, then it doesnt really matter if you're shy or not

I have met girls many times in my life already when i was younger although the shyness n social anxiety never went away. Maybe because its been a long time ago since I last met a girl though, that was 2021 summer last time i met a girl. 1 year ago.
