Wow I remember this happening to me in 1997. I tried to cut my own hair but underestimated the cut
So I ended up completely removing it from the back. Then to equalize everything I did a buzzcut

Im not balding, i accidentally switched the trimmer to the lowest scale and shaved part of my hair off.

I remembered another accident, I wanted to look like Kris Kross in year 1992 so I tried shaving cuts in my eyebrows
But it ended up taking off too much, so I would draw it on with a pencil for school
