Instead of watching show or jew hand crafted zog trash I just take ZMA and nap
I get dreams + visions thanks to semen retention
And when I wake up I feel good, if I need deeper sleep I can listen to 4hz frequency and sleep many hour
Sleep is best thing, If I was neet I would sleep 20 hours a day
