Whilst doing absolutely nothing
I just lay on blanket, blindfolded.
To rewire my brain and fix cognition, there were experiments before that explored this path.
I don't have access to sensory deprivation chamber so this is no where near as good but still could help.

You can do that but I would just use 0-4hz frequency and sleep many hours
