same with smoking, drinking, drugs, masturbation.
there is now a software layer on your mind to help you avoid whatever you were addicted to. it is wasting resources and stealing your attention
it is best to never get into that situation

U can but it's just not worth it most of the time since the reason u got addicted in the first place is now exacerbated due to addiction and if u couldn't bounce back before u definitely can't now
