Increasing height
Doing crime.
Fixing baldness, well, i dont know maybe you can transplant your ass hair to your head....

Changing voice and height are hard
Approaching women isn't worth it
Everything else on the list is doable
Weight loss: Watch your calories, take supplements and peptides to aid in weight loss and stop side effects
Penis enlargement: Not sure if it works, I've heard good things though. Not hard at all to do. Routines don't take that much time
Making money: This one can be difficult for some people, but not impossible.
Increase height: LL is expensive, not worth it in my opinion
Crime: Really easy. You can grow weed plants and mushrooms in your closet
Baldness: Take hairloss drugs, won't work for everyone, but will for the majority of men
Voice: Vocal cord injections might be expensive. I don't know how good they work though
Approaching girls: Not worth it for ugly men
