i get that he isn't exactly henry cavilll, but these are far better results than you would get from cosmetic surgery

Hi Everyone - this is what I did:
  1. Gained 15 lbs (6.8 kg). Increased daily calories to 2250 from 1950. We were testing if 10% caloric restriction would achieve the same biomarkers as 20%. It does.
  2. Sculptra - injected into my face 2 vials of this Poly-L-lactic acid that stimulates collagen, every 6 months for 18 months.
  3. Fat injections- I tried Renuva however I had a severe allergic reaction so discontinued.
  4. Lessened Lutein - a carotenoid that can cause yellowing of skin. Was consuming 20mg daily, lowered to 15 mg and yellowing cleared up.
  5. Undereye PRF - 3x a year.

he's spent - at minimum - thousands of dollars on cosmetic procedures. also, it should be obvious that his video-editing team employ a liberal amount of filters
