i think if your brain is full (of thoughts and pressure), ur on the verge of being overwhelmed, so u regenerate by chilling in cedar rapids
thats why i say never, not even barely, overhelm yourself, like hard disk space RAM
keep the brain empty and not full, is like a glass of water, right, might overflow ok
and when the brain is empty u will naturally feel like increasing iq right and u will gonna do it
keep brain empty most of the time, not full , is like a hard drive right
cuz with empty brain u will feel better, like u gotta be air-headed, right?
like u cannot keep the brain too empty, its impossible yo u will get overwhelming feeling urge to push iq for
i know its more complicated than that, like mana turbo regeneration and if you focus on x u miss out y, like no matter the speed u gotta have stop at traffic light and will be the same tracklength traversed in the end
