Great advice. I do all of these pretty much except I sleep 12-14 hours instead of 10.
I’ll also add.. do not listen to “music”. Rich executives get paid by the government and global corporations like mcdonalds and hershey to put subliminal messages in their “music”. You’re literally being brainwashed to consume and support leftist policy every time you listen to “music”. When I realized this and stopped I wad able to break free from my programming and become a wolf instead of a sheep.
