To an extent true but keep in mind that many quiet teens such as myself are pretty much talkative creatures who have been beaten into submission via negative reinforcement.
Slowly, I've just been becoming more confident IRL for whatever reason, and I'm actually feeling really great about it. The conversations I hold with people has also improved.
This might be the start of my life
