have you heard of the phrase "talking without thinking" before? or the word spontaneous?
if some activity requires no thinking that is because it's low IQ activity. We as intellectually superior beings need to put thought into everything. Eventually, we come up with better things to say, but our timing is messed up.

You need to :
1) Read the room
2) Reciprocate the energy
3) Not be a tryhard noob
