Working out only takes 20 minutes out of a day - n9wiff - 28-01-2025 And I still can't bring myself to do it Dieting in theory sounds super easy yet I can't bring myself to do it Anyone understand the psychology of why we can't just bring ourselves to do easy things, or at least why some people can't? RE: Working out only takes 20 minutes out of a day - Busty Doll - 28-01-2025 I have to lose a bit of weight in 2 days, so this is my method 1. Sleep half the day, which prevents you from eating 2. employ Slow Takeoff for candy in the afternoon. There will simply be no time to gain much weight, even if you drip-infuse nutella the whole time RE: Working out only takes 20 minutes out of a day - Altruist - 28-01-2025 it's because not working out doesn't take you a single planck time RE: Working out only takes 20 minutes out of a day - RuudVanNistelrooy - 28-01-2025 Lifting weights for at least 40 minutes. I need 4 minutes to recover between the series, is that too much? I'm not sure, I'm small and weak so you shouldn't take advice from me I'm not experienced, but I typically need about 2 to 3 mins And do like only 2 sets per muscle group RE: Working out only takes 20 minutes out of a day - kathisterima - 28-01-2025 (28-01-2025, 09:11 PM)RuudVanNistelrooy Wrote: Lifting weights for at least 40 minutes. If you are too tired to do the next set by that time, you should probably adjust weights. And after already loading 12 or so bottles into the cart, I realized I'd like to have a peak at the 2nd floor of the supermarket which is accessible by escalator. So I asked a lady there: "D'you think I can still go up there with this cart?" -"Sure!" But as I was riding the escalator down afterwards, the cart started getting into a position that I felt was potentially dangerous for me so I pulled it upward, even though it was loaded. This was 7 1/2 months ago though. I've already swum in August 2024, so not sure why it's worse now. |
