when i reminisce about the last 3 years of my life, the dominating memory is me planning drinking for the day from the moment i wake up, buying alcohol as soon as i finish work (sometimes even earlier, in breaks), drinking those 2 l combined with the pills and just blacking out in my bed

it's like i muted the rest of my consciousness, life and the world in general, or put the volume to 1/100

absolutely surreal. can't remember the last time i was outside past 5-6 PM, enjoying the evening with someone
